Foundation for Young Orphans is a Christian non-profit, non- governmental organization registered in Uganda in July, 2005 with its headquarters in Kampala. The mission of Foundation for Young Orphans is to restore the lives of orphans, vulnerable children and widows. FYO has a long-standing commitment of helping needy parentless children and widows by providing physical and emotional support. We provide aid without regard to sex, religion and ethnic origin. However, we are not a child sponsorship organization—Our operations run solely through the generosity of organizations, corporations and individuals who have a passion to help the those in need.
